Predicción de Historias Térmicas Durante la Transmisión de Calor en Más de Una Dimensión Empleando Funciones de Transferencia Obtenidas Numericamente
Abstract
Transfer functions or thermal response factors are employed to predict thermal histories in multidimensional heat transfer, for planar or cylindrical geometries.
Function coefficients are obtained through numerical methods and are employed to calculate the response to different types of perturbations in the external temperature (steps, sinusoidal or sinusoidal-exponential curves).
Computed values are very favourably compared to those obtained experimentally for cans of food and acrylic parallelepipeds.
