The Sixth Argentine Symposium on Software Engineering (ASSE 2005)
will bring together researchers, developers, and
practitioners to discuss new ideas, problems and experiences
in the field of Software Engineering.

ASSE 2005 will be part of the 34th Argentine Conference on Computer
Science and Operational Research (34 JAIIO), the international
conference of the Argentine Society for Computer Science and
Operational Research (SADIO, http://www.sadio.org.ar).

ASSE 2005 will be held during August 29-31, 2005, at the Ariston
Hotel, (Cordoba 2554, 2000 Rosario, Argentina, Tel: (54-341) 4258666,
http://webs.satlink.com/usuarios/a/ariston/), in Rosario, Argentina.

ASSE 2005 seeks original works in the wide spectrum of software
engineering, from academic research to industrial and business
applications with significant impact and lessons learned from
application development. The symposium will feature invited talks,
paper and poster sessions, and panels presenting both mature work
and new ideas in research and applications.

Submissions

Submission of contributions must follow the following format:
up to 15 pages, 11 points font, double-spaced, A4 (210 x 297
millimetres) paper, including name, affiliation and address
of the author/s, figures and references. Papers should also
include keywords and an abstract of no more than 200 words.
We encourage the use of the English language. However, papers
in Spanish or Portuguese are also welcome. The format for the
camera-ready copy will be informed together with the acceptance
letter. Use the paper submission interface
(http://www.asse2005.ceride.gov.ar/SubmitAbstract.php)
to upload the file of your complete paper. Submissions must
arrive before 29/4/2005. Ghostview-readable Postscript,
MS-Word 7 or PDF, are the preferred method to electronic
submission. Receipt of a submission will be acknowledged
immediately to the contact author.

Notification of acceptance: June 17, 2005
Camera-ready papers due: June 24, 2005
