 Conference scope 
The International Association for Boundary Element Methods (IABEM) promotes and facilitates the international exchange of technical information on the development of boundary integral equation formulations and numerical solution techniques, commonly referred to as boundary element methods (BEM). 

Accordingly the last four symposia which have been organized by IABEM were held in Paris (1998), Brescia (2000), Austin (2002) and Minneapolis (2004).

The next conference of IABEM will be held at the Graz University of Technology (TU Graz), Austria, in July 2006. The conference IABEM 2006 is organized by the Institute of Applied Mechanics, the Institute of Mathematics D, the Institute of Structural Analysis and the Johann Radon Institute for Computational and Applied Mathematics (RICAM). The conference sessions will be held at TU Graz campus.

Deadline for abstracts (1 page only; in pdf-format): 
December 16th, 2005

Notification of acceptance sent to authors: 
February 3rd, 2006

Deadline for extended abstracts (up to 3 pages):
