Dear Colleague,

The web-site for submitting the abstract of your presentation at ICCES08( 
International Conference on Computational & Experimental Engineering and 
Sciences), during 17-22 March 2008 in Honolulu, is now open. Abstracts may be 
submitted during 1 October-15 December 2007, directly at:
http://submission.techscience.com/icces08

The list of Plenary Lecturers at ICCES08 is posted at: www.icces.org
At ICCES08, speakers have various options to submit their papers, at their own 
choice:

1. One-page abstract, which will appear in the conference proceedings; or 

2. Full abstract, which will be published in the on-line journal, ICCES ( 
http://www.techscience.com/icces), in addition to the conference proceedings. 
The full abstract is limited to 6 pages, and follows the journal's 
instruction; or 

3. Full-length paper, directly to any one of the relevant journals, 
CMES/CMC/MCB/SDHM at http://submission.techscience.com and simultaneously 
submit the abstract for presentation at ICCES08. Only the abstract will 
appear in the conference proceedings; or 

4. The paper already accepted/published in one of the relevant journals, 
CMES/CMC/MCB/SDHM, can be presented at ICCES08. In this case, the abstract 
needs to be resubmitted to the conference and will appear in the conference 
proceedings. 

The conference will be held at the Marriott Wikiki Resort in Honolulu. ICCES08 
has negotiated an extraordinarily low rate of $149/room/night( single or 
double occupancy). This is most likely the lowest rate you can find at a 
resort hotel in Wikiki during March 2008. At this rate, the block of rooms at 
the Marriott is expected to fill very quickly. We urge you to make hotel 
reservations immediately, by following the link " hotel reservations" at 
www.icces.org
