IV Pan-American Advance Science Institute (PASI IV) in Computational
Science and Engineering in Valencia, Venezuela May 31 -June 11 2010.

This NSF-DOE sponsored event will consist of a number of short courses and
is directed at graduate students, post-docs and faculty of the Americas.

There will be 40 fellowships available for students attending the event: 20
for students from USA universities and 20 for students of universities in
the rest of America. These fellowships will cover travel and local expenses
for two weeks. The grantees are expected to attend the Pan-American
Workshop in Applied and Computational Mathematics during the second week.
