Papers/Posters presenting original and unpublished work are invited and will
be evaluated based on originality, significance, technical soundness, and
clarity of exposition. Presentation at the conference DOES NOT guarantee
publication of full-length papers in the post-conference proceedings
(Springer Verlag).



*Extended Abstract**：**Published in the Abstract USB flash drive

Authors are invited to submit extended abstracts in a one-column PDF format
of 3-5 pages with key figures and references. Please refer to the *Author's
Guide* on the website in preparing your manuscript.

**Short Abstract**：**Published in the Conference Abstract Book
*Submitted abstract should be formatted in a one-column PDF format within
150- 200 words including figures and references. Please refer to the *Author's
Guide* on the website in preparing your manuscript.

Extended Abstract should be submitted along with the short abstract online
via the conference website. The uploaded files should be in *PDF* format.
One author of each accepted paper will be expected to present the paper at
the conference.
