On behalf of the organizing committee, it is a great pleasure for us to
 welcome you all to participate in the 3rd  International Conference on 
Civil Engineering and Urban Planning (CEUP 2013), to be held in Wuhan, 
China, November 20-22, 2013 . This conference, CEUP 2013 is organized 
after the previous two conferences held in Hangzhou, (2011) and Yantai,
 (2012), China.

Process：

    All authors are welcomed to Xianning city, famous as the home of hot spring. There will be keynote speeches, session discussions and posters for all authors to communicate with each other and exchange ideas. A tour after the conference will also be provided for all attendees to relax. 
Indexing

    All papers will be indexed by EI Compendex. Excellent papers will be recommended to be published in EI journals.
