The present work deals with the study of stability of
revolution sbells under static and ther.al loads by the
Finite Element Method.
The principal aia of the work is to examine the geometric and load non linear aspects in the construction of tbe inicial stress aatrix and the following load matrix for a curved finit element in order to estimate the critical
load of the shell.
